Initial Consultation

After hiring your attorney your attorney begins establihsing the legal strategy and looks for any defects that may impact your recovery or defense.

Commence Litigation

If we are unable to resolve the issue through negotiation, the next step is to commence litigation or appear and defend in the litigation.
The End of Litigation and Judgment

If the parties are unable to settle the matter during litigation and the case is not discontinued early, you will likely spend at minimum a year in litigation and often more than a year. At the end the Court will issue its decision and if successful, the plaintiff will obtain a judgment for the relief requested. You will then have to enforce the judgment to obtain your relief.
