Initial Consultation

Hire an Attorney

After initial consultations to determine whether your have a meritorious case, you will need to hire an attorney. There are several fee arrangements available, however, not all types of fee arrangements are available for all types of Cases. Fee types includes hourly, contingency, fixed fee, and a mix of each. 

Prepare your Legal Strategy

After hiring your attorney your attorney begins establihsing the legal strategy and looks for any defects that may impact your recovery or defense.

Pre-Litigation Negotiation

In many circumstances before either filing a case or appearing in a litigation, it is a good idea to contact the other idea to discuss resolution. We work diligently to bring your legal matters to a favorable conclusion whether it is before, during, or after litigation. 

Commence Litigation

If we are unable to resolve the issue through negotiation, the next step is to commence litigation or appear and defend in the litigation.

The End of Litigation and Judgment

If the parties are unable to settle the matter during litigation and the case is not discontinued early, you will likely spend at minimum a year in litigation and often more than a year. At the end the Court will issue its decision and if successful, the plaintiff will obtain a judgment for the relief requested. You will then have to enforce the judgment to obtain your relief.
